Background
The AIA Life Planner App (ALPA) is a tool designed for AIA Life Planners to manage customer sales and monitor their performance efficiently.
Problem Statement
ALPA's cluttered and confusing user interface lacked the spark in captivating users, resulting in a decline in engagement.
Project Goals
Revamp the user interface to ensure users are able to get to their destination easily and without confusion. By providing users with effortless navigation, this initiative also aims to create an engaging app to encourage prolonged user interaction.
Final Design
After defining user problems and approach, the next step is to create high-fidelity designs that enhance the user interface and experience when navigating the homepage.
